Why'd you only minimum raise pre-flop? And then you called his last one? Keep up the raising until he doesn't want to raise anymore!

He also could have had QQ or a really aggressive JJ.

The only mistakes you made were pre-flop. I would have pushed after villain's last raise, you only have $2 left anyways. I'd take AA versus any other pocket pair everytime!
