Is anyone else having this problem with posting here at BTP?

I haven changed ANYTHING on my computer since 2 days ago when everything worked fine for me posting. But since then whenever I hit the submit button I get the following screen. And even with this screen, somehow, sometimes the post does go through anyway. Hopefully this one goes through.
