Anyone have a good idea for a White Elephant gift?

I've seen white elephant parties where people were told to re-gift something, but it has never been a prerequisite that in order to call it a white elephant party, everyone had to re-gift something. Possibly just a regional variation, but in Dan and my neck of the woods, white elephant parties don't necessarily involve re-gifting and Chinese Christmas is horribly politically incorrect. Don't even try to have a Chinese Fire Drill.
