1. Did you ever lose time from work or school due to gambling? I have played poker while I should have been in class, but I have never skipped tests to midterms. My record of attending class's was not great even before I played poker.

12. Were you reluctant to use "gambling money" for normal expenditures? Well my bankroll is for the most part kept seperate from my living expenses, though a lot of my poker money has been spent on living expenses.
