BTP smart medical people please diagnose me!

On my groin on the left side I have a very small spot that is in excruciating pain when I put any sort of pressure on it. There is absolutely no visible signs to give me a clue as to whats wrong.

It feels fine walking around etc. but if any pressure is applied to it I feel an intense "hot" pain.

I'm currently not playing any sports or working out. Last time I had sex was last Saturday. I can't remember having walked my crotch into the corner of a table or anything like that recently, but I suppose it's possible. I JUST noticed this pain about an hour ago.

Any ideas?
