BTPC.. buy me a handgrabber plz (I'll pay)

I need the pacific handgrabber licence and i have no way of paying them since we (at home) don't use credit/debit/paypal cards/account. I myself use moneybookers but they dont have it listed as payment option.

So, I was wondering if there's someone here who is willing to go through pain of paying for the handgrabber for me and to whom I will ship the $50 it costs on PokerStars. I would like the licence to be on my name, and if it's achievable I will PM necessary info to people that might help me with this.
