Can someone who knows football betting explain to me why?

You being a cop and all, I don't figure anybody needs to know how you know it. But now that you put it that way, how come a cop like you can afford to be driving that Lamborghini? :D

Now you see why the line was 1 1/2 to start. The line makers are damned good at setting lines.

lines aside - that game defied all logic. i don't understand how the eagles can suddenly run the ball now that the pass threat is weaker. or how they can suddenly stop the run. and how McNabb of all people throws a pick when even throwing the ball away probably seals the game. thats a patented Bledsoe move.

i'm off the cowboys though. they're too inconsistent and bledsoe is liable to self-destruct any time a lineman gets within 5 feet of him. havent looked at the rest of their schedule, but even if they make the playoffs, I don't see them going deep into the postseason. they almost (and should have) lost to my Niners for god's sake

The MNF people ran that stat about how the last 2 opponents who came into Philly couldn't run the ball either. That was interesting.

You gotta look at what teams do at home and on the road. Some teams are just totally different beasts depending where they play. Philly is obviously one of them, and Seb got awfully lucky to win that game.

I have seen the rest of their schedule. They are in trouble, believe me. No way on gods green earth , they win the division. Theyll probably still make the playoffs becuase the conference is weak and they have a good 6-3 start.

I see 10-6 as their best possible finish.

I really doubt that Dallas will go 11-6 since theres only 16 games

I REALLY like Carolina -3 at Chicago. OK, Chicago is leading the division at 6-3 and is a home underdog, but they will not be able to score agaisnt Carolina. A rookie QB against Carolinas defense? Good luck. Cedric Benson is done for the season. Peterson is nothing special. Carolina will win a very boring 17-6 game.

I have to admit that Im rooting for Indy in that game since Cincy is battling Pitt for the division lead, but Cincy cant stop the run. I think E.James is going to punish them....and when they get a steady does of James on the strectch play, it will be play action pass and bombs away to Harrision.

Giving a good team like Cincy 6 points at home is hard to believe, but I see a rout in the making.

Dallas at 11-6: 11-5 then losing their first playoff game.

If home field = +3 then Cincinnati as a home dog +6 means they would be +12 on the road against Indy! That's a team that's not getting any respect.
