My claim to fame

Postby striker2550 » Fri May 20, 2005 12:22 pm

I live in a rural area. We've had about 3 inches of rain in the past 12 hours and my toilet wont flush until water table drops a bit. So.....when nature called, I went out and used the outhouse. (yes, they still exist and occasionly come in quite handy.)

I was expecting a phone call so I took my cell phone w/me and I did get the call.

I could be the first person EVER to use a cell phone in an outhouse! YAHOOOOOOO
I do not think, therefore I am not.

Does a port-o-potty count?

Oh... I was under the impression that a Port-O-Let was an outhouse...?? Am I misguided in my city slicker ways... If so, I retract my vote...

Call me prejudiced, but to me an outhouse can not be made of plastic nor can it be portable. There is nothing like the feel of smooth wood under yer butt.

A proper one should have different sizes also. Mine is a 3 holer w/ a glassed in window that gives a good view of the chicken house and the woods. It was built by my great-grandfather sometime before 1900 and made from lumber rough hewn from the lumbermill that used to be in the woods behind my house. So I feel real comfy using it. lol

I feel like a tribe of belligerent gnomes snuck into my skull and are bashing my brain repeatedly with their cute little sledgehammers.

Vinny: Why are we stopped here? What's wrong with that spot?
Tyrone: It's too tight.
Vinny: Too tight? You could land a jumbo f*cking jet in that.
