Bah, I've taken my Logitech controller apart a couple of times, easy as pie, so no worries there, and theres not that many small parts, but you only need to lose one to ruin it. I found you can rotate the spongy pads underneath the buttons so that the offending sticking buttons won't stick as much. But after a rotation or two, all the buttons start sticking. They're cheapish, so go buy a couple new ones.
