Yeah. I really don't think this has any legs at all. Lobby Congress and get them to pass a law if you don't like it - this isn't a constitutional violation.

I still wonder about privileged information though, such as an attorney's laptop that contains sensitive client files. I won't be carrying one across the border anytime soon.
