This was quite entertaining. The casino I play at on the weekends has tournaments starting at 6pm every night. They are usually crap, they are usually unlimted $10 rebuy with and the blinds go up every 8 min. Basically playing bingo poker. I almost always skip them and play the side games. The best part about these touneys is they attract bad players, who then bust out of the tournament and play in the cash games. I was sitting in the 2/4 NL game when this middle aged guy in a suit sits down in the last available seat. The player to his right asks him " Hows it going?" This guy grumbles "Cant make a final table, and I should have made it." And its pretty obvious his bad beat story is coming. It is as follows he is in LP it gets raised and reraise to him. He looks down at AK and pushes all in. And this is the funny quote "And the first guy had KK, I just cant catch a break." I almost laughed I was unaware that AK was a better hand KK maybe I missed that page in the idiots guide to poker. My next though it man I'm glad he decided to buy into my game. He blew 3 buy-ins in a matter of 2 hrs and went home. Unfortunatly none of it to me, but oh well a funny story anyways.
