I started investing some money... I plan on investing $300 every month in this stock..

Thats not a stock. Its a mutual fund that invests in a variety of stocks in emerging markets (specifically Russia).

Emerging markets funds are very risky but can also have a very high return. I would highly reccomend only putting a small portion of your total investments in an emerging markets fund (15% or less). Also, this fund has a 5% front end load which means that 5% of every cent you invest in subtracted before they invest your money. You send them $300..they invest $285 and keep the other $15.

This is standard for some funds but a VERY bad deal for most people. I would avoid it if I were you.

I call it a stock cause it's called Russia Stock, but yeah, you're right it's a mutual fund and should be called so...
