Cleveland put up a mighty 165 yards vs Pittsburgh. They are explosive at times but FAR from one of the best offenses in the league.

They are ranked 12th right now.

1) IF a QB who has never played a down n the NFL turns out to be a franchise QB

and

2) IF they get a franchise RB

and

3) IF they can turn around one of the absolute worst defenses in the league

they will be one hell of a powerhouse team.

The WRs are the best in the league? Are you kidding me? They are good but to say they are the best is one of the most obvious "favorite team" clouded statements Ive heard in a while.

Braylon and Winslow are good, but who else?

Colts, Patriots, Lions, Broncos, Steelers, Cardinals, Bengals for starters have comparable or better receivers.

P.S. You should be hoping Quinn never plays a down for you, not that he will be your QB of the future. You already have your QB of the future playing now IMO.

I considered the "whole package" before I posted--Favre spreads the ball around so much, who you going to double-team?. So many weapons. If you're talking best WR tandem, we're obv not up there, but for "receiving corps" ours is pretty sick. The one thing we don't have is a guy labeled a "burner", but our guys seem to get by just fine.

Driver will never be considered "elite", but all the guy does is make plays. He is one tough dude catching the passes across the middle that just might get your head knocked off. I'm not sure where to look it up atm, but he's normally at the top for the YAC stats in the league. His stats are misleading due to the fact that Jennings eats up his looks in the endzone after DD does all the work getting us there, lol. I can't remember the last time I saw him drop a pass.

Jones, last I looked, was only second in rook receptions to Bowe (kid's a beast)--he catches everything thrown his way. Pretty impressive for a rookie no one had heard of before. I hope he stays healthy and can continue to improve.

Jennings was coming on last year before he got hurt, and he missed a few games early this season. Now all he does is catch TD's.

Robinson is looking better each week.

Meh, I'm a homer, but I think the depth of quality receivers puts us up there. :P
