Ummmmm....

Are you serious?

I can't imagine this could happen, that they could take $1000 that isn't even there.

Never heard of anything even vaguely like this. If it were early April, and you were tetsuo, I would be pretty sure this was another bad joke.

If true, contact or bank's fraud department. Contact a credit agency and file a fraud report.

Let me get this straight. Someone pretended to deposit money into ur bank account and rather than take the money they deposited it into ur Party Poker account and blew the money. Now u owe the Party Poker $1000.

Dude, you have a gambling problem. I bet 100% you did this thinking "ill win and give back the $1000 and it will be no big deal". Why on would ANYBODY and I mean ANYBODY not just take the money and run. You have got some issues!

WOW!

There are many accounts that have unverified fund limits. In my checking account I can deposit $1000 and take the money out right away. I know drug addicts all the time that deposit bogus checks, forgot to sign the checks, and no checks in empty envelopes and then take out money that is not even there. Ur story has this written all over it. I feel sorry for u. And I know that Neteller will autmatically give u the funds for a 8.9% fee in a Instcash way. I am sure this is the type of move u pulled.

Why would they not just take the money...huh??
