Be glad your opponents refuse to fold; if they didn't, you just might go broke.

This is a pretty good album but there are some serious flaws which keep it from reaching the best rapper status. The song about the drunk girls and the barry bonds songs both just missed the boat completely. Also a song that is all about Chicago shouldn't have the hook sung by Chris Martin. Kanye has gotten to the point where commercialization is taking over his album. Come on T-Pain?? He is still an amazing producer, his only real rival being pharell. Which brings me to the best rapper of right now talk and it pretty much begins and ends with Clipse and Hell Hath No Fury. This album is on a level with Illmatic, Ready to Die and all the other classics. The production is probably even better than Graduation and the rhymes are absolutely disgusting.

GTU - I think you bring up great lyricists, but they fail to grasp the production side enough to be considered in the top of the class. Except for WuTang, they are incredible. But Talib and and the rest just lack the truly amazing production that the big names get. I don't care who you are listen to the 50 cent track I Get Money and tell me you aren't dancing all over the place. The beats are incredible in the top names! If you could get Pharoahe Monch or Canibus or ... to rhyme over the best production it would be over.

Nas of course is a classic.
