What car to buy??

So its time to get a new whip, seeing as how I am still driving my 1999 mustang that I've had since high school. I've pretty much narrowed it down to two choices. Either an Acura TL or a Cadillac CTS. I plan to buy a used one a few years old. The Acura looks to be a few grand more than comparable CTSs.




I'm also open to other options. Price range is like 15-25k the cheaper the better. Around 20k would be ideal but if the car is really badass i can make an exception.

a) reliability
b) the ability to go around corners...

I'd probably go with the TL too. You'll probably get more for it when you try to sell it.

Why not a G35 though? They should be comparable in $$ and better than either IMO. They should hold value nearly as well as the Acura and do as well or better in most reviews I've seen IIRC. It is also a RWD car (or AWD if you want) like I believe the Caddy is, but the TL is FWD.

disclaimer: I am partial to Nissan/Infiniti products in general and have never driven any of these cars.

Honda Accord is almost the exact same thing as the Acura and its much cheaper.

BTW..How are you planning to get either of those cars for 15K-25K? Used, I guess?
