Yes he will be convicted. The Feds have a pretty high success rate of getting a conviction (i.e, they don't procute without air tight evidence).

Honestly, I'm not surprised at all by their bad deicions.

You can take the Thug out of the hood but not the hood out of the thug.

To be more specific, most black atheles are about image around their friends because that's what was important to them growing up (e.g., bling bling).

To them it's much better to roll into a dog fight with your posse and have everyone in their go, "ooooh,aaaaah," than it would be to move to a nice neighborhood and have investments and side businesses, etc.

It's all about insecurity and not being happy with your own identity.
