BTP logo blocking all my user options

For some reason the BTP logo on my PC seem to have shifted down somehow. The whole logo is blocking everything underneath it except "profile" and "log out".

I can't even click to check my PM's becaise it brings me back to the home page.

Any thoughts?

Web browser, resolution, screen size?
it does not behave that way for me: IE, firefox, or Knoqueror at 1280X1024.
Last night I stayed up late playing poker with Tarot cards. I got a full house and four people died.

I using IE, actually nothing has changed on my PC and it's the first time I've seen it.

Actually everything is lowered the PT ad and the BTP store link as well.

also, try firefox... ie sucks.
