How is everybody fixed for Sun 13th Feb at 6pm PokerStars time (the same as the last one)?

It is Valentine's day weekend and one person has already told me it might be a problem, so I thought I'd ask.

Can I get an exact time and entry fee cost? Is that 6pm GST? 6pm EST? 6pm doesn't make sense to me, since we're all here in a global community. How do I join the tournament? is there a special password or anything?
