Posters should realise that us poor folk with regular jobs have to abide by policies drawn up by their anally retentive HR departments (Human Remains), usually populated by unattractive women who can't get laid, and that clicking on a dodgy link can get you sacked. All such links should be marked with the usual "NSFW", in my opinion.

The race thing is very tricky. Where someone makes a statement that's obviously racist and that isn't intended to be funny, then I'm all in favour of a warning and an eventual ban after repetition. However, these things are pretty hard to detect with any degree of certainty on an internet forum where nuance and irony are easily lost, so I'd reserve proscription for the most blatant cases such as where someone says "Blacks are rapists" or "Whites are scum". In other words, I'm in favour of carrying on as we are, because we should be able to talke/argue about the sort of things that a bunch of guys (which is what we mainly are) might argue about after a few drinks in the pub ie sport, women and politics/current affairs. Oh, and poker I guess.
