Ran Twelver hot tonight. Up 3 buyins in just under 500 hands. Only had one hand to complain about really. The rest of the time either my draws came in, my high PP's held, my bluffs worked, or I was able to get away from a bad situation before I got too deep into it. Feels so nice to have almost everything go your way for a change.

The part about this graph that I like the best, other than the fact that I am back above where the cold streak started, is that the climb up this time is steeper than the first time. I wish there was some way to add in RB money to the graph. Another $225 would look really nice.

Redhot one night, Ice fucking cold the next. But even though I took a nose dive midway through this session, I still felt good and alert so I figured I would keep pluggin away trusting in the old variance curve to swing back up sooner or later. It did, but dang, playing that many hands for a winrate of 1.36ptbb/100 just plain sux balls.


Overall now, I am at 36k hands running at 2.85ptbb/100 and +$511.08 plus another $231 from RB. I know that's prolly not the greatest winrate long term for NL, but considering I had such a shitty month in November I'm actually quite pleased with it. I'm really starting to feel like I am better than the majority of the folks at the tables I play which makes for a much more fun time playing poker. I know I still have plenty to improve upon, and I don't honestly feel like I am ready to make the jump to the 50's yet. But I sorta feel like why the fuck should I move up and go back to struggling when I am winning enough money to please myself at the 25's. It's so nice to finally be comfortable. Bah, I'll probably still take a few shots at the 50's anyway in the near future, but I just can't see me making a permanent jump quite yet. If I don't look at the first 2 months I played, when I ran so hot and then so cold, I am winning at a solid clip of 5ptbb/100 over 15k hands.

I got started playing a bit early tonight (which meant I played longer than normal) AND I decided to 8 table. Turned out not so well. I ran into somewhat of a correction for the month.
