Thanks Tib.

Well I couldn't keep to my self imposed exile from the tables until the New Year. I opened up some tables just to datamine and when I went back to look a couple of hours later this is the kind of stuff I was seeing.

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed)

Preflop:
1 fold, MP raises, Button 3-bets, 1 fold, BB calls, MP calls.

Flop: (9.40 SB) [7s], [3s], [7c] (3 players)
BB checks, MP checks, Button bets, BB folds, MP calls.

Turn: (5.70 BB) [Jc] (2 players)
MP checks, Button bets, MP calls.

River: (7.70 BB) [Ts] (2 players)
MP bets, Button calls.

Final Pot: 9.70 BB

Results in white below:
MP has 9s Ks (flush, king high).
Button has 2d 5c (one pair, sevens).
Outcome: MP wins 9.70 BB.

So I hopped on two tables and immediately found myself down about 400.00 to these numbskulls. The 25o guy there lost nearly 800 during my tenure and I managed a nice -150 or so during that time sitting in the best spot right to his left. I did manage a comeback though and posted a modest profit for my time. This was the start of the return.

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with [Ts], [Qd].
UTG calls, MP calls, 1 fold, Button raises, 1 fold, Hero calls, UTG calls, MP calls.

Flop: (8.40 SB) [Jh], [8d], [9h] (4 players)
Hero bets, UTG calls, MP calls, Button raises, Hero 3-bets, UTG calls, MP calls, Button caps, Hero calls, UTG calls, MP calls.

Turn: (12.20 BB) [Kd] (4 players)
Hero bets, UTG calls, MP calls, Button calls $16.70 (All-In), Hero raises, UTG calls, MP calls.

River: (21.88 BB) [6h] (4 players, 1 all-in)
Hero bets, UTG folds, MP calls.

Final Pot: 23.88 BB

Results in white below:
Hero has Ts Qd (straight, king high).
MP has Ah Qs (high card, ace).
Button has 7c Jc (one pair, jacks).
Outcome: Hero wins 23.88 BB.

I love your river bet in hand 2. I see a lot of people miss out on tons of value by checking just because they could have POSSIBLY gotten outdrawn. Aggressively value betting the river is I find one of my biggest advantages over my $10/$20 opponents.

Peru eh? My sister just came back from Peru for the holidays, she's there with the peace corps, she is going back in a few weeks and will be there for another months I believe before she returns for good.
