I just thought of another "all in" hand that I didnt include in my Sklansky Bucs calculations.
I had [8s] in the SB. Limped pot 5 ways.
Flop was [9s][8h]. I bet $20, a call, then a raise to $50. I call the extra $30, then a guy goes all in for $250. The guy who raised to $50 folds and I call the $220.
Its a $640 pot and I have 42.3% equity vs QJ but I miss everything. I had $270 in equity which raises my "Sklansky bucs" to about $600. Argh!
Loud mouth tells a Greg Raymer lookalike to straddle. He says no, btu then looks at his hand and raises to $20. Loud mouth says "you wish you straddled now dont you?" MP shoves in for $100. LP makes it $200 (has $2000 behind). Raymer now goes all in for $1200.
LP folds his KK. Raymer has an obvious AA and shortie has TT. Flop is Txx and shortie triples up.
About an hour later, shortie has $1400, Raymer has tilted off his entire $1300 after being razzed non stop by loud mouth.
Raymer was tilting so badly that he lost his stack on this hand...
Hes raising almost every hand. Couple limpers, I limp 55, another limper and then Raymer jacks it to like $75. Folded to me. Raymer is down to about $400. I seriously considered reraising all in but finally chickened out and folded. Guy beside me calls him and they are heads up.
Flop KT3. Raymer bets $80. Other dude shoves in with T4. Raymer calls and mucks. Good times!
PS..this is a guy who looks just like Raymer..its not really him, in case anyone is confused.
