Here's why it's a good fold: Don't go broke on one pair. Doyle Brunson.

You have little chance to improve to the winning hand. You're probably way behind, with little chance of being way ahead. I try hard to think of AA as just another pair after the flop, and often that's all it is. You didn't hit a set. Somebody is pretty happy about his hand, and that means you shouldn't be. Good fold.
