Well, there's not enough money left to allow you to lay this hand down, and it's just possible your AA is still in the lead (or at least has some outs against 2 pair) so you might as well push.
You're going to be paying off the last $230-odd; the final pot will be in the $950 region and even if you're certain he has a straight your EV from the final pot is still around $200. Given that there's a very good chance he hasn't made a straight ya gotta shove it I think.
You could look to check-call but if he checks in turn and the river blanks off you could be bluffed out of this pot by a weaker hand. You also may not get paid off if he checks and a diamond hits.
