Well, you have to fold that hand preflop really. If you're going to call that you might as well almost play blind.

On the turn though, I think you should call. Providing he had a big draw that just hit (very likely) we can assume that you likely have 10 cards to hit to make your boat to win. We know 4 cards in your hand plus 4 on board, and we can assume that the 4 in his hand PROBABLY don't contain any of your outs (though they may do, his preflop raise makes it less likely though); we can just about assume you have 9/10 outs out of 52-4-4-4 = 40 cards. So you win a little less than a quarter of the time. It costs you $9 to call and the final pot is going to be $47.50. That means you're putting in less than 20% of the money into a pot you likely have a bit more than 20% (perhaps as much as 25%) chance of winning. There is also always the very slim possibility that you're winning and he doesn't have that flush. So yes, you should call the turn. If he is able to bet, say, $15, you would be less inclined to, unless there is some reason to take a gamble in order to build a big stack (e.g. there is a fish with a lot of money and you want some ammo to attack them). If he is able to bet much more than $15, you should really fold every time.

Anyway, you could've avoided the whole situation by not playing that ragged hand preflop. Don't waste your money on garbage. I might complete a small blind with that hand but nothing else. Even then I think it's marginal and you would be just as well to fold.
