Normally I wouldnt get all my money on on this flop with a str8 and no redraw, the problem is this guy is really short and his raise puts the majority of his money in the pot. Should I have just folded to this flop? I would normally be afraid of the same straight with a flush/ straight redraw but running the numbers on cardplayer.com, i am actually almosy as bad off equitywise with his top set and flush draw as I would be vs straight and redraw. Should I just fold this on the flop?

Agreed, though SB is not as much of a concern to me here (ie if he's full stacked I still probably raise, though it's much thinner), but with the UTG player being short he's not got enough left behind to make you fold here IMO, esp if he has an aggressive image.
