Someone hit a two-outer in Hold'em against me and I responded by pushing all-in at another table with AKs on a TT4 board after I bet and was miniraised. It was so ambarrasing to be called by 44 that I haven't tilted since. This was a few months ago. Not tilting is incredibly +EV.

If blowing through 3 stacks up front and then later winning one back is your worst tilting experience of the year, well then consider yourself fortunate. I can empathize with the experience but a net loss of less than 2 buy-ins is no big deal.
