I called the turn thinking I was either very far ahead or very far behind. Then on the river, calling seemed too weak. my plan was to value raise and fold to a reraise. Like this line? what about the flop call?

I think I call that turn - you've almost got outs to chase even if he has QQ, certainly if he has Q8 and your flush may be good. I have no idea why you raised that river, I wouldn't do that even against a pretty awful opponent, but glad it worked out for you.
