Villain is raising too much preflop and CB-ing every flop as long as not half the table calls, and then too sometimes. He's one of the few players that bets pot. Nobody has played back at him yet today.

Hand 1 I dislike your call preflop, a 3-legged high dog is pretty much garbage in PLO8 but nvm. On the flop I usually prefer to see a turn before getting all pant-creamy, although admittedly given that he raised PF it's kind of unlikely he hit the same straight so raising looks fine too. IF one of the other guys bets out (esp. one you have position on) I think a call is a far better line.

Hand 2 I like. Even vs a good AA (one with a backdoor low and maybe a backdoor flush draw) you're nicely over 40% on the hand, you're about a coin-toss here vs two pair. In the very unlikely situation he has a set you're still not much worse than 40%, and against a similar draw (maybe with A2) you're well ahead thanks to your pair of Ks. So it's hard to see you being well behind here, and you've probably got considerable fold equity if he's CBing pretty much everything. Deep stacks make it a bit more complex but I think I still like the raise. I'd estimate against his calling/pushing range you've something like 40-45% equity, and he's probably going to fold pretty often to your raise, so it has to be +EV.
