Przytula just sat down so no reads but according to the chat when he sat down he is a "jizstain"

This hand sucks a little because I don't have any reasonable redraw. The lines I thought about were:
- Fold now.
- Raise and fold to a 3 bet.
- Cap pre-flop and fold when he bets into me.

I am not much of a limit player in general so what do you guys think? Also with no redraw is this even a raising hand?
