Ok, pot is 7.25 bb at the river, if I lead it is 8.25 bb, when he cr, it is 10.25 bb. So I am basically have to be right more than 10% of the time for this to be an +ev call.

I think ED is right on here with the idea that, absent a read, there is no way to make that bet.
