I did all three account specific ones... I withdrew and redeposited DURING the bonus period. Safe to say I fell throught the cracks.

Hmmm...you're supposed to not be able to withdraw during the bonus period, or up to 3 days before it stats. Also, if you try it, you'll still get the bonus on your bonus account, but they won't release it...and if you email them then they'll tell you that you're not allowed...blah blah blah.
