I was using the rules from the pt part 2 article. I read that Excession has updated them. So I changed to the new rules I found in his post. Which are currently different from the pt 2 article?

I seem to have some weird figures. One example
SLp Icon on a player with 14%vpip flop agg. 4 Turn agg. 5.6 River agg. 5
I have 4700 hands on him.
I checked the rules in PT and they seem to be filled in correctly. Any Ideas?
