I've been using PT for a while now including excessions autorate rules. I am ultra-aggressive with the following stats:

Flop aggression: 5.42
Turn aggression: 2,48
River aggression: 2.56

WtSD$%: 18.94%
W$SD: 50,29%
Folded to riverbet: 77.61%

The stats are based on 4k hands on FTP 200 NL. My PTBB/100 is 4.59, which is decent, but ofcause I would like to get it a little higher.

I am very satisfied with my aggression, but I'm a little bit nervous that I might be folding to often when put under pressure. How are your guys stats regarding this?

First my VPIP ~ 21 and PFR ~8

I am aware that my flop aggr is very high. I make continuation bets 90% of the time. Furthermore very often take a stab at unraised pots if we are 2-3 players in, sometimes 4 as well, but not that often. If I get called and havent hit I usually slows down. Ofcause this means that I neither bet turn nor river, when ppl sees that they take a stab at it at river and I fold.

To avoid these late stabs I do two things. I almost always bet when I have hit, I rarely slowplays. And second I induce bluffs, mainly by not betting the turn, but also at the river. Maybe I'm not doing it often enough. I ussually only do with a strong hand.

My notes a very bad almost none existent. My notes and handreading are by fare the aspect of my game in most need for improvement. I rarely take notes, mainly because I have found it very hard to get a decent note system. Any reccomendation regarding this is very welcome. i would say my reads are decent, but ofcause they arent that good when I dont have any real notes.

My WTSD is lower than usual too. 15% over last 10k hands. I'm wondering why.

Wonder if this is just a sign i've been running cold? Not getting enough good spots to get to showdown? Frustrated. Feels like I'm leaving money on the table.
