The Fabled Turn CR Semi Bluff

Postby piersmajestyk » Tue Apr 11, 2006 9:44 am

When folks throw a turn raise or CR on you generally you better have a pretty damn good hand to continue on particularly when you get hit with the turn CR because very few folks have a turn CR bluff or semi bluff in their arsenal. I don't recommend this play against donkeys but against your tougher, thinking, aggressive opposition you can bring it out on occasions when the board gives you a good opportunity to pull it off. I really hated the river card but I am definately not one to leave a chamber with a bullet when I decide to run a bluff.

That is really great info. I like it alot against thinking players.

Problem is I play 3/6 hold'em live, so I can't use it yet. :)
