2 ways to attack this guy if you're out of position...
1st, if he raises your continuation bet and you've got nothing, let it go, the first time. Second time, check the flop and bet the turn. (I often do this anyway.)
If you're out of position, that's a bit trickier. Stop and go's are great for this guy. Also, reraise him all in. I love this play because it gets a lot of his chips and puts the brakes on him, big time. If you're behind, you still have two cards to come. I really like to do this with a good drawing hand.
The best way to deal with a real aggro guy is to trap him. You should know well in advance of HU or even 4-way how ALL of your opponents play, so a raise of your CB should come as no surprise this late.
