Well I've been making lots of comments about other people's play, so here's a hand for some (constructive) criticism!

Stars $200NL. I'm in MP with [Kc] and $257. UTG (monkey $60 stack) and UTG+1 (solid) limp. I raise to $9. I've not got out of line much in my 200 hands at this table, so I'm a bit surprised when I get 2 callers behind me ($156 and $595 stacks), and the blinds (both $100) and limpers all call.

So 7 to a flop of [5c][3h], with $63 in the pot already.

I have a monster draw of a gutshot, two overcards, and the nut flush draw. I also don't know what my plan should be - ie how aggressive I can be with just a draw into such a big field.

UTG ($51) leads for a pathetic $6, UTG+1 folds. I decide just to call, and see what the bigger stacks behind me do. I'm pretty dubious about this decision - what do other people recommend?

I think it gets a bit more straightforward after this: one limper ($156) calls, LP folds, SB calls, and then BB ($86) check raises to an equally pathetic $18. UTG folds. It's $12 to me, with $105 in the pot.

I raise to $100, limper folds, and BB calls all in.

Any thoughts on either flop decision (but particularly the first one)?

I think the flop call is correct, but I would also be willing to play for it all if anyone behind me came to life and raised.

You might as well let someone behind you with a lower flush draw stay in the pot.

I disagree with calling the small flop bet, there is a decent pot out there already and you have a great draw but a still unmade hand. I raise pot here and put somone to a decision, if they push you have odds to call.

yeah i agree with rhound on this one. I lke to play these types of hands aggressive so I can get some folding equity.

No clear consensus on how to play this so far: Kenny and Rhound in the "raise the flop first time round", Iceman and Kent in the "call and let other draws in" camp. I obviously couldn't make my mind up, since I called once and raised big once!

Oh, my opponent had 67o (no clubs) for the flopped straight.

The remaining cards don't really matter of course, but the poker gods smiled upon me once again on the river

Amusingly, my opponent typed in "I have the nuts..." (red J turns). "...unless a club comes" (club rivers). Teehee. Well it amused me anyway.
