2 pair- Omaha.

Just how terrible does top 2 pair rate in PLO. I just recently started playing and have had difficulty assesing these 2 pair situations. On totally uncoordinated boards I generally find that I have to proceed with caution as I am only essentially drawing to 4 outs to make my full house. On somewhat coordinated boards I dont even feel like playing my top 2 pair anymore. What are the thoughts of the more experienced players here on the omaha forum.
