if you're going to fold to a raise, then don't bet out on the turn. you have the nut high now -- A34x might be freerolling you, but with $45 dead money in the pot, i think you're wrong to fold.
also, fwiw, this kind of play with the nut low HU is a standard play that many players overuse -- that is, they often end up quartered by good players if the good player has the same low and a better high.
as played, i'd call the turn and donk bet any A or 3 on the river and check-call any river bet as long as a 4 doesn't fall. this is one reason why i'd want to keep the pot small on the turn.
check-folding the turn is probably the "correct" play, but i don't think i would do that on this relatively drawless board. furthermore, good players will relentlessly make plays at you if they see you fold the turn when a low makes it and there's action.
