'fuhrer' surely?
You do realise that BTP is one of the most actively modded poker forums on the Net right? Not the Nazis by any means, but certainly getting on for Singapore

We originally started as refugees from UPF where the absolute lack of active modding meant the place was overrun by spam... and of course we read 2+2 and note the huge noise:signal issues there (as well as the downright rudeness/sarcasm)
All the BTP mods (and there are currently 21 of us) can mod/move any post on any forum though a PM is almost always sent to the modded user explaining why- banning is very rare for genuine posters (ie as opposed to spammers who have mostly given up trying to post here as we delete em so fast) and is always discussed in the mod forums first..
By way of example the last guy banned hassled female BTPers and also, having fallen out with another BTPer, posted what seemed to be a racist photo in that member's journal - stay away from crap like that and you'll be fine..
Try to remember to title posts in NL/MTT/SNG sections with details of the stakes/handedness for Ring and Buy in and Site for the Tournies - we have made a conscious decision to keep the community together as much as possible so we don't split sections by 'level', but it is a great help to those reading the forums to see the 'level' of play being discussed in each post, so they can quickly scan for the posts most likely to be of interest to them..
Also posts that just quote the previous poster without adding anything, just say 'standard' or worse say the opposite of what your opinion is by way of 'sarcasm' are usually frowned upon as having no worth and, unlike on 2+2, such posts may well get deleted...
The place for any risque stuff is Anything Goes or in your Journal (or MVP's journal - it's kind of the BTP sewer for stuff like that)

Disagreements about poker hands or politics etc(in anything goes) are fine, but personal attacks/trolling/flaming are not - poker sites are full of very clever people with big egos not necessarily matched by their emotional maturity...that's why we actively mod issues early - so they don't get out of hand..
