We preach it here, but it has to be repeated over and over...
Don't be results oriented. A single hand isn't indicative of anything.
You need to learn more about position and when to push and how to read opponents, etc. It does come, just not as quickly as we'd like.
Buy into a cheap SNG, put a piece of paper over your hand and play completely blind. You want to practice reading hands and playing position and playing the players. Do this ten times for $10 and I guarantee you'll be a better player.
And not so concerned with results.
It's all a part of the process.
