I'm going to post this without any comments, because my opponent kept bitching after I made the call on the turn. Just tell me what you think of my play on the turn - I'm not looking for flop or preflop comments. Thanks.

Let me add my notes / PT stats on my opponent - this will give you more insight.

1) Open raised in EP with AA, KK for 3 1/2xBB
2) Open-Min raised with QQ
3) VPIP = 17%
4) Open limped with TT from UTG

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (9 handed)

UTG+1 ($1712.25)

Preflop: Hero is SB with [Ts], [Td]. Hero posts a blind of $5.
UTG calls $10, 6 folds, Hero (poster) raises to $35, 1 fold, UTG calls $30.

Flop: ($90) [6h], [2h], [5d] (2 players)
Hero bets $75, UTG calls $75.

Turn: ($240) [2c] (2 players)
Hero bets $125, UTG raises to $400, Hero calls $275.

River: ($1040) [Ah] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks.

Final Pot: $1040

Results in white below:
Hero has Ts Td (two pair, tens and twos).
UTG has 8h 8d (two pair, eights and twos).
Outcome: Hero wins $1040.

I would have bet more. Around 200. And fold if there is a substantial raise. Your bet is weak enough that most aggressive players will raise there with any overpair and possibly a flush draw. The problem with calling here is that often you will be faced with another big bet on the river - and there are lots of cards that can hit that will scare you (including the actual river card).

If I made the $125 bet, I would have still folded to the raise knowing I would be ahead a good percentage of the time. I just can't play for my stack with just a weak overpair in that situation.
