In most casinos you would pick up the bad beat jackpot with both hands.

Did you have reason to believe he didn't actually have the 6 or 67 at the turn?

Most of the ones in vegas are any aces full or better, but both hole cards must play. Ice would be 5000 or so richer, depending on the casino. Also, the table gets to split some money too, so everyone wins.

Well I was in vegas, dealt A4 on the button. Playing 2-4 limit mind you. Flop comes Q44. Checked around to me. Before I have a chance to say anything the dealer flops turns a 4. Guy sitting next to me says "Hey, you didn't give that guy his chance to bet" So the dealer sets the 4 aside, turns another card. Then he suffles the deck with the 4 again. River comes a Q. I was so pissed I had the pit boss called over. If you hit quads you get an extra $20. Course the asshole who pointed out the dealer error beats my 4's full with Q's full.

I will never play in the Luxor again.
