Johnny,

Great post. I've often said that the toughest player to beat in any game is the guy sitting in your seat. Anger is a big part of that - central for many people.

I have found that I control my anger much better now that I am everyday poker player then I did before my addiction.

But I know other players that just can not handle the beats and the anger eats them alive.

If I ain't sinkin', well I must be swimin' If I ain't dead, I must be livin' Livin' is the thing, that scares me the most And if I ain't sleepin', well I better be fishin' If I ain't anchored I will be driftin' But all and all, I'm doing pretty good, since I hit my third coast!
