Did I push too hard...?

Postby MVPSPORTS » Sat Apr 09, 2005 3:34 pm

I knew that I had both players beaten, but wasn't sure if I would turn out on top of a 3 way all-in... I had a little more than the buyin (~$115), and krepsos had me covered (about ~$160)... Either way, I didn't think it was a good idea to not have all the money in PF...

Teseo had AQs...

Should I have bet less to let the 3rd get in, or did I overbet?

BTW... LOVE that EP AA,KK limp... thanks for the millionth time to BTP for showing me the way...

I have no problem with your all in. You likely would have won the 3 way all in this time but I don't think letting in a 3rd player is a good idea. You limp reraise to try to trap one person for a lot of money, not to trap multiple people.

Yeah, I kinda wanted the short stack to fold and the large to put me allin, but it worked backwards... oh well...

You played it perfectly.

On a side note. "Teseo" is one of the worst players Ive ever seen. I played with him alot in Jan and Feb. He WILL NOT FOLD top pair regardless of his kicker or the action to him.
