Kenny... he could have anything from JJ to trips to a flush draw... If he hit his trips and you are playing aggressive, he might just check to you on the flop and turn, calling your bet, and might checkraise if you bet close to the pot on the turn... I would slow down, check the turn, and value bet the river if he checks to you again and a heart doesn't hit... The only hand you really beat here is a lower pocket pair, like Js... Probably a conservative way to go, but I don't wanna lose all my money w/ TPTK...

I bet pot ( or 3/4 pot). If he raises then you have a problem.

If the flop was Q96 and you bet and he called....and then the turn was a 2, you bet would pot again. This is close to the same thing except he could have JJ or TT here where he probably wouldnt in the other case.

i'd say bet $40, but fold if he even min raises you. he *might* do that with [Ah][Qh] or [Kh][Qh], but i wouldn't count on it.

if he calls you i'm likely to check behind him on the river.

What Stelvask said. Also if he smooth calls turn and river misses I call any river bet.

This is kenny on my brother's computer:

After the hand I thought checking may have been the right play.

I bet $40..he raised me another $100 and I folded. I would have liked to check the turn and call his bet on the river.

Felt like I had to protect against the flush.
If you don't fold the best hand every once in awhile, you're probably not playing your best poker
