Laptop battery

Postby iceman5 » Sat Apr 09, 2005 3:30 pm

One of my laptops (an HP) which is just over 2 months old has a bad battery. I think its been bad since I got it. The batter charging light used to come on now and then even though it hadnt been unplugged. Now the battery charging light stays on continuously even when its continuously plugged in.

Best Buy says there is absolutely no warranty on the battery. Does anyone know if this is true? Ive contacted HP but havent heard from them yet.

Not knowing your model name, but one hp notebook I looked up had a 1 year warranty on its battery,
Go to HP.com , click on support and drivers, choose your model name, and select warranty information.
Couldn't hurt.
Last night I stayed up late playing poker with Tarot cards. I got a full house and four people died.

Vinny: Why are we stopped here? What's wrong with that spot?
Tyrone: It's too tight.
Vinny: Too tight? You could land a jumbo f*cking jet in that.
