Since I decided to learn how to play No Limit Holdem cash games I have been reading and studying everything. My primary problem was unlearning limit stratergies. I also had a problem understanding the concepts of pot odds on the flop and being pot committed in a cash game. Thanks to you all I now understand.

The main thing I have learned is that the only real rule is to know your opponent. My goal is to play a solid mathematically based game and adjust it based on my opponents. That is why most of my questions are asked to find out if a play has long term positive expection.

When I combine the No limit section of Super system, the No limit articles of Bet the Pot and the No Limit stuff in the reading list, I think I have developed a decent understanding of this game.

I will continue to experiment the rest of the month of April and then I plan to start a log and see how I do.
