Did I overplay this...? This guy was pretty bad, and I watched him do almost the exact same thing (ie... betting w/ the 2nd pair) and win, and thought that he was trying to do it again... I really thought that he was gonna fold to the allin... Crappy kicker for me though...

I don't understand why you would raise to $41 there. That is a huge overbet and most players will not call that without a 4. If BB also has a 4 you are likely in kicker-trouble since he could have a random hand like J4 or Q4. I would probably re-raise to about $12 and go from there.
